Adam handles all of the day-to-day operations of the portfolio management and is focused primarily on amplifying the company's returns consistent with the family's philosophies. Adam is a member of the Urban Land Institute and holds an Executive Certificate in Real Estate Investment & Development from the Jones School of Business at Rice University. An undergraduate of Iowa's Grinnell College, Adam graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Adam was a litigation associate at the global law firms of DLA Piper and Paul Hastings in Washington, DC and inhouse for a Fortune 100 company in Southern Florida.
